Request Times

Please be advised that the following order times are necessary to
ensure that your order can be accommodated and to your satisfaction. 

​Cakes: Please place orders a minimum of 3 weeks in advance

Cupcakes: Please place orders a minimum of 2 weeks in advance

Dipped Strawberries: Please place orders a minimum of 2 weeks in advance

Cake Pickups

1. If you have any concerns with your order, please address the matter prior to leaving Lia’s Sweets.
Once you leave with your order, we cannot help you solve any issues – all sales are final.

2. We ask that cakes be picked up by 12pm, the date of your order unless arrangements were made otherwise.

3. Due to difference in cake sizes and cake board sizes, all cake boxes may not be available for your size of cake.
We can cover and protect the cake to your satisfaction before you leave, with the materials we have available. 

Cake Deliveries

We offer cake deliveries within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).   

Standard delivery charge is a flat fee of $25. 

Delivery is $35 outside the GTA.

Payment

Lia’s Sweets requires a 50% non-refundable deposit (at time of order) to book any order.
All major cards are accepted (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express),
Cash, EMT (electronic money transfer) and Debit. 

Full payment must be paid in full 5 day prior to delivery or pick-up.
Orders will not be delivered unless the payment is received.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD)

Cancellations

The 50% deposit is non-refundable – this secures your order and is retained as a booking fee.

​If there is a required cancelation within 7 days 25% to be returned.
Less than 7 days cancelation the deposit remains non refundable.
